Project Manager

Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions

Proactively manage risk, timelines and project budgets

Promote project management best practices across the organization

Manage communication and set expectations with key stakeholders

Experience with Genesys Cloud highly desired

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English

Experience with Call Centre Information Systems, Call Centre Operations or other information technology industries

Understanding of project management frameworks: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, RAD, LEAN, Kanban and DDD.

Expert knowledge of project management tools: Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Jira, and others

Passion for getting teams to successful delivery outcomes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner

High emotional intelligence with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups

A degree or diploma in computer science or information systems (or equivalent experience) preferred

5+ years of proven experience in IT project management preferably with experience managing large complex projects from initiation to completion

3+ years’ experience project managing SaaS product development
